Bluetooth is not connecting.

If your D'CENT Biometric Wallet is not connecting to your smartphone via Bluetooth, please follow the steps below based on your smartphone's OS.

[For Android]

  • On certain Android models, Bluetooth connection may fail due to app-level Bluetooth issues.

  • In such cases, performing an Android Bluetooth settings reset may help resolve the issue. 
    Please refer to the User guide for detailed instructions.

  • Also, make sure that the D'CENT app has the proper permissions enabled:
    Settings > Apps > D'CENT App > Permissions > Nearby Devices > Select "Allow"

    Location > Select "Allow only while using the app" and enable "Use precise location"

[For iPhone]

Bluetooth connection may occasionally fail due to temporary iOS-related issues.

Try the following steps:

  • Restart your iPhone
  • Try connecting with another iPhone device
