Fingerprint authentication is not working properly.

The fingerprint sensor on the D'CENT Biometric Wallet is equipped with a proven authentication sensor that is most commonly used in smartphones and door locks.

If your fingerprint is not being recognized properly, please review the following guidelines:

  • Make sure the center of the registered fingerprint fully and evenly covers the sensor surface.
  • Dry fingers may result in lower recognition rates.
  • Try again with slightly moist fingers for better results.
