Fingerprint authentication keeps failing.

D'CENT Biometric Wallet allows up to 5 times fingerprint authentication attempts.

If all 5 attempts fail, the device will automatically switch to PIN authentication.

[Switching to PIN Authentication]

  • After 5 failed fingerprint attempts → the device switches to PIN authentication mode.
  • The PIN is the 4–8 digit number you set during initial wallet setup.
  • You have 10 attempts to enter the correct PIN

[What If PIN Authentication Also Fails?]

  • If all 10 PIN attempts fail, the wallet will automatically reset, and all key data stored on the device will be permanently deleted.
  • To recover your assets after a reset, you will need the 24 recovery words (mnemonic code).
  • Please make sure that you have properly stored the card with your 24 recovery words before proceeding.
