I forgot my PIN (authentication).

The PIN for the D'CENT Biometric Wallet is a 4–8 digit numeric password that you set during the initial setup.

[What Happens If You Forget Your PIN?]

  • After 5 failed fingerprint attempts, the device will automatically switch to PIN authentication.
  • You can attempt to enter the PIN up to 10 times.
  • If all 10 attempts fail, the wallet will automatically reset.

[Important Notice]

  • If both fingerprint and PIN authentication fail, all key data stored in the wallet will be permanently deleted.
  • To restore access to your assets, you must have your 24 recovery words.
  • Make sure your recovery words are safely stored in advance.
