I can't see the transaction history for Tron (TRX) and TRC20 tokens.

This article explains how to identify the cause and resolve the issue when transaction history is not visible for Tron (TRX) or TRC20 token accounts.

The TRON network requires each account to maintain a minimum balance of 0.1 TRX to remain active.

If your account balance falls below 0.1 TRX, the account becomes inactive, and since the blockchain can no longer retrieve information for that address, your transaction history will not appear in the D'CENT app.

[How to Reactivate Your TRON Account]

To reactivate your TRON account:

  • Send at least 0.1 TRX to your TRON address in the D'CENT Wallet.
  • Once the account is reactivated, your transaction history will automatically appear again in the D'CENT app.
  • Even if TRC20 tokens based on the Tron network, such as Tether (USDT), are sent to the D’CENT Wallet but the balance is not displayed, the token balance will only be shown if there is at least 0.1 TRX in the Tron account.

[Important When Sending TRX or TRC20 Tokens]

  • When sending TRX or TRC20 tokens from the D'CENT Wallet, make sure your remaining balance does not fall below 0.1 TRX.
  • If your entire balance is sent, or if fees reduce the balance to less than 0.1 TRX, your account may become inactive, preventing further transfers and transaction history from appearing.
