I sent coins to D'CENT but they are not showing up.
This guide outlines the basic checklist to follow when coins have been transferred to your D’CENT Wallet from an exchange or another wallet, but your balance or transaction history is not displayed.
If you transferred assets to your D'CENT Wallet but they are not appearing, please follow the steps below to identify the cause and resolve the issue.
[Check If You're Using the Biometric Wallet]
If you are using a D'CENT Biometric Wallet, make sure it is properly connected and synchronized via Bluetooth with the D'CENT app.
[Check the Network]
Ensure that the network of the token you transferred matches the network of the account added in your D'CENT Wallet.
Some assets may support multiple networks under the same symbol.
For example:
- Stablecoins such as USDT, USDC: ERC20 (Ethereum), TRC20 (TRON), BEP20 (BSC), Polygon, Kaia
- Tokens on EVM-based chains (Base, Kaia, BSC, Optimism, Polygon, etc.)
※ You can check the network information when adding an account and on the Receive screen of the added account.
※ If assets are sent via a network that is not supported by the D’CENT wallet, they will not be displayed in the app even though they exist on the blockchain.
[Refresh transaction history in the D’CENT app]
Even if the transaction is successfully recorded on the blockchain, it may not immediately appear in the D’CENT app or the balance may not update right away.
In this case, please refresh the transaction history as follows:
- In the D’CENT app, tap the relevant coin account to view the transaction history.
- Tap the refresh icon next to the [Transaction History]
- The app will resync with the blockchain, and your latest transactions and balance will be updated.
[TRON (TRX) and TRC20 token-specific notice]
The TRON network requires a minimum balance of 0.1 TRX for an account to remain active.
If your TRON account has no TRX or less than 0.1 TRX, the account information cannot be retrieved from the blockchain. As a result, the balance and transaction history of TRC20 tokens will not appear in the D’CENT wallet.
Therefore, if you sent TRC20 tokens based on the Tron network, such as Tether (USDT), to your D’CENT Wallet but the balance is not displayed, please check whether your Tron account has at least 0.1 TRX balance.
