I sent money from D'CENT to an exchange, but it hasn't arrived yet.
If you transferred assets from your D'CENT Wallet to an exchange but the deposit is not reflected, please check the following steps to identify the issue.
[Check the Transaction Status in the D'CENT Wallet]
- Open the D'CENT app
- Go to [My Wallet tab] and select the account of the transferred coin
- In the account detail screen, check the transaction history
- If the transaction status is marked as "Completed",
the transaction has been successfully sent on the blockchain.

[Check the TXID and Sender Address]
If the transaction is marked as completed, gather the following information and contact the exchange’s customer support.

TXID (Transaction hash)

Sender address (your D'CENT Wallet address)
※ The TXID can be found in the detailed transaction view within the D'CENT app.

- Each exchange may have different deposit processing times and policies.
- Even after a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it may take additional time for the exchange to process and credit the deposit.
- If the transaction has been successfully completed on the blockchain, please check the deposit status directly with the exchange’s customer support.
- If you sent coins such as Ripple (XRP), Stellar Lumens (XLM), or Hedera (HBAR) to an exchange, please check whether the Destination Tag or Memo was entered correctly.
If the Destination Tag or Memo was not included when sending the transaction, you may need to contact the exchange’s customer support to request a deposit recovery.
