What should I do if I sent coins without a Destination Tag or Memo?
If you sent XRP or Stellar Lumens (XLM) to an exchange without entering the required Destination Tag or Memo, your funds may not be credited properly by the exchange.
In this case, you will need to contact the exchange’s customer support to request a recovery.
[Before Contacting the Exchange]
First, check if the transaction was successfully completed in the D'CENT Wallet:
- Open the D'CENT app
- Go to [My Wallet] tab> Select the account > View transaction history
- Confirm that the transaction status is Completed
If the transaction is completed, prepare the following information to submit to the exchange:

- TXID (Transaction hash) – copy and paste in text format (not a screenshot)
- Your D'CENT Wallet sending address – in text format
- (If required) A screenshot of the transaction details from the D'CENT app
