How to connect with MetaMask?

D'CENT Wallet supports MetaMask integration via a QR-based protocol, allowing you to connect your EVM accounts from the Biometric Wallet or App Wallet(Software) to MetaMask.

[Requirements for MetaMask Connection]

  • D'CENT Biometric Wallet firmware version v2.19.7 or higher
  • D'CENT Mobile App: Android v5.16.1 or iOS v5.16.2 or higher
  • Must be using either Biometric Wallet or App Wallet (software) mode
  • A PC with a camera is required to scan the QR code

[How to Connect]

  1. On your PC, open the MetaMask browser extension
  2. Go to [Connect hardware wallet] > [QR-based]
  3. Open the D'CENT app
  4. Go to the [Discovery] tab
  5. Tap [MetaMask Integration] > [Connect MetaMask account]
  6. Scan the QR code displayed in the D'CENT app using the PC camera
  7. Once connected, you can use your D'CENT EVM account directly within MetaMask

[Important Notes]

  • Only EVM-based accounts (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Kaia, etc.) are supported
  • Mobile MetaMask apps do not support QR-based connection
  • Your PC must have a camera to scan the QR code
