MetaMask recognition is not working properly. (QR code recognition issue)

If you're trying to connect your D'CENT Wallet to MetaMask using the QR-based method but the QR code is not being recognized, please check the following:

[Check Your D'CENT App Version]

Starting from D'CENT App version 5.23, the QR code recognition rate has been improved

→ Please update your app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then try again

[QR Code Scanning Tips]

  • Set your phone screen brightness to maximum
  • Keep a distance of about 20–30 cm between the screen and the camera
    (Holding the screen too close may reduce scanning accuracy)
  • If you're in a dark environment, try again under brighter lighting

[Check MetaMask Connection Environment]

  • QR-based connection is only supported on the PC version of MetaMask
  • Your PC or laptop must have a built-in or external camera (webcam) to scan the code

[If You're Using an External Webcam]

  • Make sure the webcam supports Auto-focus
  • Confirm that the webcam is capable of scanning QR codes
