If I lose my DCENT S, do my assets disappear too?

No. Crypto assets exist on the blockchain, and the card only holds the private key needed to access them.

• Even if your DCENT S is lost or damaged, you can keep using your assets by recovering with your backed-up R3covery card or 24-word mnemonic (recovery phrase).
• To recover with the R3covery Card, you need a new (or reset, empty) DCENT S card. The R3covery Card alone cannot reveal the mnemonic or recover to an App Wallet.
• If you lose both cards and have no mnemonic, recovery may be impossible — which is why backup matters.
