Recovery word verification keeps failing.
On the verification screen shown after the wallet is created, you must choose - from the 3 words on screen - the word that matches the position in the list you wrote down.
[Things to check]
- Check that the order you wrote down is correct. For example, if word 1 is abandon, you must select abandon on the screen.
- Check whether the order slipped or a line was skipped while you were writing the words down.
- You may have confused words with similar spelling. (e.g. u / v, l / i, h / n / m)
[Cautions]
- Once you have viewed the mnemonic you cannot view or retrieve it again. After that, only the mnemonic verification feature - which checks whether the words you wrote down are correct - remains available.
- If your notes are wrong you cannot pass the verification, so please make sure your R3covery Card backup has been completed.
