My One-Time passphrase wallet disappeared after I powered the device off and on.
This is normal behavior. A One-Time passphrase wallet is not stored on the device - it only exists while the device is powered on.
[Difference from the permanent wallet]
- Passphrase wallet (permanent) : stored in a dedicated slot, so it remains after you power the device off.
- One-Time passphrase wallet : not stored, so it returns to the default wallet when you power off.
[What to do]
- To open the same wallet again, enter the same phrase under Settings > Wallet Management > One-Time passphrase wallet.
- The same applies when the device is powered off by Auto Power Off or a hardware reset - it returns to the default wallet.
- If you need a wallet that persists, please use a permanent passphrase wallet.
[Caution]
If you forget the phrase, that wallet can never be accessed again.
