I entered the PIN twice but a “PIN mismatch” screen appears.

When you set a PIN you enter the same PIN twice so the device can confirm they match. If the two values differ, the “PIN mismatch” screen appears.

[What to do]

• Tap “Set PIN again” and enter it from the beginning.
• Even one different digit in the second entry counts as a mismatch. Please enter it slowly.

[Note]

• On the screen where you register your PIN during the initial setup, the digits are always laid out in sequence (1-9, 0). This has nothing to do with the Random PIN Pad setting.
