D'CENT Wallet is not recognized by my computer.

If your D'CENT Biometric Wallet is not recognized when attempting a firmware update, please check the following requirements in order:

  • Use a PC running a 64-bit operating system (Windows or macOS)
  • Open the firmware update page in the Google Chrome browser
  • Use a USB cable that supports data transfer
    (We recommend using the cable included in the D'CENT package)
