How to update the firmware?

To update the firmware of the D'CENT Biometric Wallet, connect the wallet to your PC using a USB cable and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can begin the update process by visiting the Firmware Update page after completing the necessary pre-checks.

[Pre-Update Checklist]

1. Make sure your 24 recovery words are safely stored on your recovery card
2. Use a USB cable that supports data transfer
3. Once updated, the firmware cannot be rolled back to a previous version
4. Please close the D'CENT mobile app before starting the update
5. Estimated update time: about 3 minutes

[Important Notice]

Do not disconnect the device or interrupt the power supply during the firmware update process.
