I can't update the firmware through my phone.

If the firmware update does not proceed properly when using an Android smartphone, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Make sure you're following the correct steps for mobile firmware updates.

[Check Cable and Connection]

  • Confirm that your OTG adapter or USB-C to C cable supports data transfer
  • Cables that are charging-only cannot be used for firmware updates
  • If your wallet has a Micro USB 5 PIN port, and you are using a D'CENT official 2-in-1 OTG cable, please refer to the image below to ensure proper connection

[Check for Access Allow Popup]

  • When the wallet is properly connected to your phone, you should see a popup on your screen that says:
    "Allow D'CENT Wallet to access D'CENT?"
  • You must tap [OK] to proceed with the firmware update
