I updated the firmware, but the app keeps asking me to update.

Even after successfully completing a firmware update via PC, you may still see the update notification in the D'CENT mobile app if Bluetooth synchronization between the app and your D'CENT Biometric Wallet has not occurred.

[How to Resolve It]

  1. Connect your D'CENT Biometric Wallet to the D'CENT mobile app via Bluetooth
  2. The app will automatically synchronize with the wallet
  3. Once the firmware information is updated in the app, the update notification will no longer appear
