I updated the firmware, but the app keeps asking me to update.
Even after successfully completing a firmware update via PC, you may still see the update notification in the D'CENT mobile app if Bluetooth synchronization between the app and your D'CENT Biometric Wallet has not occurred.
[How to Resolve It]
- Connect your D'CENT Biometric Wallet to the D'CENT mobile app via Bluetooth
- The app will automatically synchronize with the wallet
- Once the firmware information is updated in the app, the update notification will no longer appear
