My Biometric Hardware Wallet No Longer Shows My Balance After a Firmware Update
If your biometric hardware wallet no longer shows your coin balance after a firmware update, please check the information below.
Starting from firmware version v2.9.2, the wallet’s UI has been updated, and balances are no longer displayed directly on the device screen.
To check your balance, please connect your biometric wallet to the D’CENT mobile app via Bluetooth and view your assets from the [My Wallet] tab in the app.
