The screen froze during the firmware update.

If the screen freezes or the process stops during a firmware update on your D'CENT Biometric Wallet, please follow the steps below to force shut down the device and enter Bootloader Mode.

[How to Force Shut Down the Wallet]

  1. Disconnect the Biometric Wallet from your PC
  2. Press and hold the [Down (∨) button + Power button] together for more than 10 seconds
  3. The device will power off forcibly

[How to Enter Bootloader Mode]

  1. Press and hold the [OK button + Power button] together for more than 10 seconds
  2. Once the wallet enters Bootloader Mode, reconnect it to your PC and try the firmware update again
