Does the D'CENT manufacturer know the private keys of the hardware wallet?

The manufacturer of the D'CENT hardware wallet, IoTrust Co., Ltd., does not know the user's private key or mnemonic code.

D'CENT is a non-custodial wallet, meaning users have full control over their private keys and assets.

  • No user data is stored or accessed by D'CENT servers
  • Your private key and recovery words are generated offline, inside the secure chip of the hardware device during wallet creation
  • The recovery phrase is shown only once immediately after generation
  • It is not stored anywhere; users must write it down manually on the provided Recovery Sheet

  • If the recovery words are lost, leaked, or damaged, wallet recovery is impossible
