I think my wallet has been hacked. There was a transaction I didn't approve. All of my coins are suddenly gone.

This document provides basic actions to take when unauthorized transactions, hacking, or scam-related issues are suspected.

- Immediately transfer any remaining assets to another secure wallet address (exchange or another personal wallet)

- Check for exposure of your recovery phrase (mnemonic), PIN, app password, or fingerprint information

- Check whether your wallet was connected to any phishing or unverified DApp websites

- D’CENT does not store any personal secret information, so asset recovery is not possible

- If loss has occurred, report to the police after moving your remaining assets

D'CENT Wallet is a non-custodial wallet that requires users to manage their own personal confidential information (mnemonic code, PIN number, app password, fingerprint information).

Has your wallet's recovery phrase (mnemonic code) or assets been stolen or leaked?
If so, it is unfortunate, but you need to move your remaining assets to a safe address as soon as possible.

If your assets have been stolen or leaked without your knowledge, the following possibilities exist.

[Your Recovery Words(mnemonic code) Were Leaked]

  • If someone gains access to your 24 recovery words, they can recreate your wallet on another device and transfer your assets without your knowledge.

[Your Biometric Wallet PIN Was Exposed]

  • If your Biometric Wallet is lost and your PIN is known to someone else they may be able to sign transactions using only the PIN
  • This also applies to App Wallet and All-in-One Card Wallet users; always protect your PIN

[You Connected to a Phishing or Unverified DApp Site]

  • If you connected your wallet to a phishing site or an unverified DApp, and approved token permissions (via “Approve”), your assets may be at risk.
  • Please refer to the User Guide for how to revoke approved history in DApp.

Also beware of phishing attempts via Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), or other social platforms.

Be especially cautious of scammers impersonating D'CENT.
