The coin amount is displayed, but the price is 0.

There are two possible reasons why your coin balance is displayed but the price is shown as 0.

[Case 1]

  • D'CENT Wallet uses CoinGecko as its source for cryptocurrency market prices
  • If a coin is not listed on CoinGecko, or if CoinGecko does not provide price data for that coin, the price will be displayed as 0 in the D'CENT Wallet
  • This also applies to tokens added via the Custom Token; price data cannot be fetched for custom tokens.

[Case 2]

  • If the price of the coin you hold is less than the second decimal place of USD, the price will be displayed as 0 in the D'CENT Wallet.

[Additional Notes]

  • Even if the price shows as 0, your coin balance remains unchanged
  • Your assets are still safely stored on the blockchain
