What happens if DCENT discontinues its service?

In the event that DCENT discontinues its service, customers can manage their assets in the following ways:

  • Transfer assets from the DCENT Wallet to another wallet for management
  • In the case of a hardware wallet, continue using it by using another connected wallet (MetaMask, Kaia Wallet, etc.)
  • Recover to another wallet using the recovery phrase (mnemonic code)

Although it is unlikely that the service will be discontinued, DCENT will provide various options so that customers can choose one of several alternatives in such a situation.
