How do I exchange a product?

If you experience a defect, malfunction, or product issue while using your D'CENT Biometric Wallet,
you may be eligible for a replacement under our product warranty policy.

  • 1 year from the date of purchase

  • If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue (not user damage), it will be replaced free of charge under warranty
  • In case of consumer negligence or if the product is out of warranty, a fee may be incurred.
