Once received, our support team will review your request and contact you shortly.

[Returns Due to Change of Mind]

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date
• The product must be in unused condition, with original packaging and security seals intact
• Return shipping fees must be paid by the customer
• For 2X packages, partial returns are not allowed

[Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items]

• Returns are accepted within 3 months of the delivery date, or within 30 days of discovering the issue, whichever is earlier
• In this case, return shipping is free
