A message says KYC is required when using a swap service.

If the swap transaction amount is large, or if the transaction is flagged as suspicious based on the policies of the swap service provider, the provider may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

[When 'KYC Needed' is displayed]

If the swap service provider requires identity verification, the swap transaction history will show a “KYC Needed” status, as shown below.

In this case, KYC cannot be completed through D’CENT, and you will need to follow the verification process directly through the swap service provider.
