Why can’t I swap the coins or tokens I hold?

D'CENT provides a convenient and easy-to-use swap service that allows users to exchange their cryptocurrencies for other cryptocurrencies.

However, not all coins (tokens) supported by the D’CENT Wallet are available for swap.

[If the coin or token is not supported for swap]

  • The Swap feature in D’CENT is operated in connection with external swap service providers and is not a proprietary service.
  • Therefore, if the coin you hold or wish to swap is not supported by the swap service provider, it cannot be swapped within the D’CENT Wallet.
    (Example: If the coin in your wallet is not supported by ChangeNOW, Changelly, etc. → Swap unavailable)
  • If a coin is not supported, the [Swap] button will appear disabled in the corresponding coin account, as shown below, and the coin will not be searchable on the swap screen.

[If the trading pair is unsupported]

  • Even if the network or coin itself supports swap, the swap may be restricted if there is insufficient liquidity in the liquidity pool.
  • In addition, if there is significant price volatility causing a high Price Impact, or if certain trading pairs are temporarily disabled according to the policies of the swap service provider, the swap may not be available.
  • In such cases, you may need to perform a routed swap through another coin or token.

[If none of the above apply and there is an issue with the swap transaction itself]

  • If none of the above situations apply and the coin or token is normally eligible for swap but the swap still cannot be completed, the issue may be due to insufficient network fees (gas fees) or the transaction amount settings.
  • For example, when swapping ERC20 tokens such as USDT, please ensure that the linked coin account (e.g., ETH) has a sufficient balance to cover the required network fee.
  • You may also try reducing the transaction amount slightly and attempt the swap again.

  5. Name of the coin you attempted to swap and the corresponding wallet address(text, not screenshot, copy address): 
  6. Screenshots or a video showing the issue
  7. Are your recovery words (24-word mnemonic code) stored safely?
