I forgot my D'CENT App password.
This document explains that if you forget your app password, D’CENT cannot recover it, and that if you are using an App Wallet, you must back up your recovery words before reinstalling the app.
D'CENT App password is a 6-digit numeric password that you set during the initial setup after installing the app.
Go to the register password for D'CENT App
[If You Forgot Your Password]
D'CENT is a non-custodial wallet, which means it does not store any user information.
Therefore, if you forget your app password, D'CENT cannot recover or reset it for you.
[What You Can Do]
- Keep trying possible combinations of your password
- Or, delete and reinstall the D'CENT app to register a new password
[Important for App Wallet Users]
- If you are using the App Wallet, you must back up your 24 recovery words (mnemonic code) before deleting the app
- If you delete the app without backing up your recovery words, you will lose access to all assets stored in the App Wallet.
