I lost my Biometric hardware wallet.
This article explains how to recover your wallet to a new Biometric Wallet or App Wallet if you have lost your Biometric Wallet but still have your recovery words (mnemonic phrase), and informs you that recovery is not possible if the recovery words are not available.
Please check that you have secured your Recovery Card.
If you've lost your D'CENT Biometric Wallet, you can recover your assets only if you have securely stored your 24 recovery words (mnemonic code).
As long as your recovery words are backed up, your assets can be restored using a new device or the app wallet.
