I lost the charging cable for my Biometric Wallet. Can I use a different cable?

If you have lost the USB cable included in the Biometric Wallet package, you can use a standard mobile phone charging cable that is commercially available or that you already have.

[Important Notes for PC Connection]

  • When connecting the wallet to a PC—for example, to perform a firmware update you must use a USB cable that supports data transfer.
  • Some charging-only cables do not support data transfer and may not be recognized by your PC.
