I performed a recovery, but I cannot see my assets.
This article provides basic checkpoints to review when your assets are not showing up after successfully recovering your wallet.
If your assets are not showing after restoring your wallet, please check that you entered the correct recovery words (mnemonic phrase) and re-added your coin accounts.
[Check That You Entered the Correct Recovery Words]
- Make sure that the 24 recovery words you entered belong to the wallet that actually held the assets.
- For Biometric Wallets, users are guided to write down the recovery words shown during initial setup on the “Recovery Sheet” card and store it securely.
- Entering different words will generate a different wallet address, and the original assets will not appear
- If someone else has access to your recovery words, they can restore your wallet on another device and access your assets
Go to the Biometric Wallet Recovery Phrase Storage Guide
[Check Whether a 25th Word (Passphrase) Was Set – Biometric Wallet]
- If you are using a Biometric Wallet, please check whether you have set a 25th word (Passphrase).
- If a 25th word was set, you must first restore the wallet using the 24 recovery words, and then enter the 25th word in the Biometric Wallet settings to complete the recovery process.
- If the 25th word (Passphrase) was set but not entered, your existing assets may not be displayed.
