I want to delete unused coin accounts. I accidentally hide a coin account and now I cannot see my assets.

In the D'CENT mobile app, you can hide unused coin accounts from the [My Wallet] tab using the Hide account function.

Even if you accidentally hide an account, you can always restore it later.

[How to Hide an Account]

  1. Open the D'CENT app and go to the [My Wallet] tab
  2. Select the coin account you want to hide
  3. Tap the [︙] (More) icon in the top right corner
  4. Tap [Hide Account]

Hiding an account does not remove your assets; all assets still exist on the blockchain.

※ If there are multiple accounts for the same coin, you can hide them sequentially starting from the most recently added account.
(Example: If you have ETH-01, ETH-02, and ETH-03 accounts, you can hide them in reverse order starting from ETH-03.)

[How to Restore a Hidden Account]

  1. In the [My Wallet] tab, tap the [+] Add Account button
  2. Find the hidden account in the list or use the search bar
  3. Tap to restore the account

Your previous address will be restored exactly as it was, and the assets associated with the account will appear automatically.

[How to Delete an Account on the Biometric Wallet]

To remove an account from your Biometric Wallet:

  1. On the device, go to [Settings] > [Security] > [Delete Account]
  2. After deletion, sync with the mobile app
    The deleted account will also be removed from the app

Deleting an account does not delete the private key stored on the Biometric Wallet.
