My Biometric hardware wallet keeps turning on and off (infinite boot loop).
If your D'CENT Biometric Wallet is stuck in a boot loop (repeatedly turning off and on), please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
[Fully Drain the Battery and Recharge]
- Leave the device unplugged until the battery is completely drained
→ Wait until the screen no longer turns on at all - Then connect it to a USB charging cable and charge for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Once the device operates normally, it is strongly recommended to update the firmware
