My Biometric hardware wallet won't turn on.

If your D'CENT Biometric Wallet does not turn on, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

[Check Battery Charge]

  • Connect the device to a USB charging cable
  • Charge for at least 2 hours
  • Biometric Wallet is designed to power on automatically when connected to a power source

[Try a Force Reboot]

If the device still does not power on while charging, try force rebooting it while the cable is connected:

  1. Press and hold the [Down (∨) button + Power button] simultaneously for 10 seconds
  2. Then press and hold the [OK button + Power button] simultaneously for 10 seconds
  3. Check if the screen responds

[If the Issue Persists]

If the device still does not power on after following the steps above:

  • Record a video of the force reboot attempt
