How to Contact D’CENT Support

If you need assistance with your D’CENT Wallet, please contact our support team through one of the channels below.

We primarily provide support via online tickets and email.

To help us assist you quickly, please read the following information carefully before submitting your inquiry.

You can submit a 1:1 inquiry directly from the D’CENT mobile app or via our official website.

  • In the D’CENT app:
    Go to Settings > Inquiry > 1:1 Inquiry

Then:

  1. Select the inquiry form that best matches your request

  2. Enter your email address and fill out the required fields

  3. Attach relevant screenshots (if necessary)

  4. Submit the ticket

Using the ticket form helps our support team understand your issue and environment more accurately.

When sending an email, please include the following information:

  • Wallet type (Biometric Wallet, App Wallet, Card Wallet)
  • Mobile device model and OS version
  • App version (if applicable)
  • Firmware version (if you are using a Biometric Wallet)
  • Description of the issue and when it started
  • Relevant TXIDs, wallet addresses, and screenshots (if applicable)

Providing these details will help us respond more quickly and accurately.

We do not provide phone support for customers outside of Korea due to time zone differences and international calling limitations.

For overseas users, please use online tickets or email only.

Any phone call claiming to be from “D’CENT Support” and asking for your recovery words or seed phrase is a scam.

[Support hours and response time]

Support Hours:

  • Business hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–17:00 (KST)
  • Closed on weekends and Korean public holidays

Inquiries are handled in the order they are received.

Response times may vary depending on volume and complexity.

Please avoid submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, as this can delay our response.

[Important security reminder]

D’CENT is a non-custodial wallet.

  • We never ask for your 24 recovery words, seed phrase, private key, or PIN.
  • Never share this information with anyone, even if they claim to be from D’CENT Support.
  • If someone requests this information, it is a scam.

If you suspect your recovery words have been exposed, stop using the wallet immediately and contact us via one of the official channels above.

Official D’CENT Support will never contact you first via unsolicited phone calls, social media DMs, or messaging apps.
