Check points on Email verification error
You don't need a D'CENT portal account to use the core features of D'CENT Wallet. A portal account is only required for a few add-on services such as exchange integrations.
If you are running into trouble during email verification while signing up or resetting your password, please check the following in order.

Go to https://portal.dcentwallet.com and check whether your email address is already registered.

If the address is already in use, you will see a message saying the email is already registered.

If the address has never been used, you will be taken to a screen that asks you to set a password.

If you have not signed up yet, simply continue with the sign-up process.

If you already have an account, please use the "Forgot password" option to reset it.
If the verification email does not arrive, please also check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, wait a few minutes and try again.
